Description
For sale is this pair of antique classical wall plaques depicting maidens with children’s putti in bronzed effect. On the back of the plaques there is a coin that has the text: VIRES ACQUIRIT EUNDO and displays a maiden, flying towards the rising sun, sounding one of her trumpets, to which is attached a Banner with St. George; in her other hand she holds another trumpet.
