Here is a stunning antique ladies compact from the art deco period. Made of solid silver and having a unique styled blue guilloche enamel lid this compact is a luxury and decadent piece that oozes all the style from the art deco period.
The base of the compact has an engine-turned design of small diamond shapes and looks simply amazing with very little wear. Around the edge of this silver compact is a minimalist border design that leads into an undamaged guilloche enamel-designed compact lid. The wavy art-deco style guilloche blue waves spread out from the centre-edge we’re a well-designed enamel flower is set.
Art Deco Compact Condition
The guilloche enamel has no damage or restoration and the overall casing is in really good condition. The inside mirror is intact. Includes original puffer.
N.B. What looks like white spaces on the guilloche are only light reflections from the lighting for the images.
