For sale is this antique Chinese blue and white baluster style vase bearing the 4-character Kangxi period mark to the base. The hand-painted design on the vase depicts a dragon amongst flowers, leaves and foliage.
4 Character Kangxi Mark
The base of the vase has a 4-character Kangxi mark denoting the Kangxi period which is 1661 – 1772.
Vase Condition
General good condition for age, looks like some type of small restoration to the rim at the very base of the vase (or it’s touched some white paint). Also one small surface chip to the base; see images.
