George II silver shilling from the 1700s. On the front is the King’s ‘old’ Laureate draped bust which faces left. The reverse features cruciform shields of arms for Great Britain, France and Ireland. Antique coins are highly collectable and this George II silver shilling would sit nicely among any coin collection.
